2. General information on data processing by our app
As a general rule, our apps are designed to collect no personal data at all. Our apps are installed to your device via the Apple App Store and all features of the apps are built to work on-device. We don't have any servers for our apps (except using Apple CloudKit, see below) an no data gets transferred to us. If you voluntarily and explicitly agree to the transmission of anonymous crash reports, we can access these information via the developer tools provided by Apple. Sync functionality using CloudKit®
Our apps use Apple CloudKit as an easy and secure way to sync data between your Apple devices. When using CloudKit, your data is stored in a private database on Apple servers which can't be accessed by us. Sync functionality via CloudKit is only possible when you are logged into your iCloud account (and agreed to the respective privacy terms). You can always disable sync functionality for our apps in your device's settings menu (-> go to iCloud settings). Also, you can make privacy-related requests (e.g. to delete all data stored in your cloud database) right from the privacy menu from inside our apps.

In order to distribute our apps, we use the Apple App Store. By using this service to download our app to your device, it is possible that personal information gets transmitted to third parties. Also by using other services like data backup, sync functionality (via CloudKit/ iCloud) and crash reports, it is possible that personal data gets transmitted to third party.
